1st session back at Catts last night. Me and Shawn were hobbling round like old men, although I am not as bad as Shawn, he's f**ked LOL. Serioulsy Shawn - you need try get them shins fixed!!

Squats
60KG x 5
100KG x 5
140KG x 5
185KG x 3
Wraps On
205KG x 1 - peanut
215KG x 1 - even easier

Left it there as kness were hurting. Plan now is to have a 4 week build-up to a 260 max attempt Wink

85KG x 5
140KG x 5, 5

Lat Pulldowns - 3x10

Standing Hamstring Curls - 3x10

Seated Hamstring Curls - 3x10

Hammer Curls - 3x10

Leg Extension - 3x10

After squat/viking just wanted to get some bloog flowing into the muscles really. Next week will be the start of the serious build-up to Englands

LOL, thanks Neil and will do. I just dont think they can take yoke/farmers on consecutive weeks (especailly 360yoke). Week off moving this week and will be OK next I reckon

JC I don't understand why people use knee wraps outside of equipped PL training? Is it a safety thing, ego thing, or am I missing something. Genuine question dude, not trying ot b**ch.

Bit of all the above mate. My knees aren't in the best of health, so that is the main thing. Also, the wraps allow me to squat heavier, more CNS overload, which in theory should therefore increase my "raw" squat strength over time
