I'm back muthaf**kers, time for me to save sugden.

Today I did my first events session since late April, really enjoyed it, but forgot how god damn awkward strongman kit is.

Bit of what I've been up to first; had time off training to help my foot heal after I broke it at esm (who knew time off would help it heal Wink ), then hit a few PB's on squat and bench, then did 8 weeks of weightlifting, did a local comp at cross fit gym and totalled 202.5kg (lol). Then became a shredder for my holiday and got jacked3d. Then had a month off and started lifting again just over 3 weeks ago. Progress is good, but body is sore. Finally back to weights worth logging, so here goes.

Saturday 13th September

Events @TWG, bodyweight 83kg

Log clean and press (every rep candp)

Forgot how awkward log was. Have got fairly decent at overhead thanks to the oly lifting, but having a massive f**king bit of metal on ones chest is a different kettle of fish.

Good to be back. Nice starting points, now time to hit some reps and get the muscles used to the movements. Then try some big weights around Xmas. Hopefully be in good shape by st Ives in November. Piece out

My hiding in the dark and viewing every so often has lead me to believe that it's unsalvageable unfortunately though mate.

What's the schedule like there? You guys train set days and times? Would like to come and be a hanger on.

I only train on a Saturday mate at 10. Great bunch of guys there. Get down dudders!

Forgot to update last night. Average session as I was in a mad rush after getting to the gym just before 7 and gym shutting at 8. Head dowm and grind, missed a few reps which probably would of got in a not so rushed session.
