Box Squat works well for me in my exp it all depends on how you squat to weather you will get any carryover/benefit to box squatting.

My sticking point is about 4inch out of the hole.

Thanks. Yeah do all three each session normally two days on and one day off with alittle assistance at the end. Its my own programming.
