yeah will be treading carefully Liam i have not failed a single lift yet every thing i have done as been done in my grasp just unlucky to of done my back in really

going to scotland this weekend so will miss 3 days training and got physio on tues so will miss another day so thought i would max out today and have 4 days rest on my back as its cabbaged

very happy with my squats to say i only ran smolovJr for 2 weeks.

Shouldn't of deadlifted with back but I am sick of it to be honest deadlifting didn't hurt it I did lots of glute stretching before hand to loosen it up.

Cheers Ross just need to get stronger, my lower backs seems solid in this it don't seem to change from start to end but would like a little less rounding in upper back

had a few days off as been in scotland, also had some physio yesterday for my back she reckons that my whole back as gone into spasm and that my spine issues seem to of fixed them selfs so just need to wait really till it stops hurting as well as massage

todays session want to great as i feel a bit under the weather, failed my first rep which i think i could of got but had the worst walk out ever smashed into the rack and stumbled. Really tried to sort my deadlift form out as well, which is going to be a work in progess

i have done them on and off since starting back up a lot of people say they help with stones but i disagree i did a 200kg stone with a 155kg frontie, i do think there a good exercise though and will make you all round strong
