Cheers John, about time though Happy. Decided to start training for strength for once!

CGBP
40kg x 5
60kg x 3
80kg x 3
90kg x 1
100kg x 1
110kg x 1
120kg x 1
130kg x 1
More was there, but felt shoulder slightly iffy so stopped there. That said happy as 135 is my CGBP Pb so only 5kg off, that'll go next week methinks Happy

CGBP Clusters
117.5kg x 1+1+1
117.5kg x 1+1+1
Nice, each rep solid and rapid Happy

CGBP Reps
92.5kg x 5+4+3+2+1
These went well. Nice and snappy

CGBP Speed Reps
67.5kg x 3
67.5kg x 3
67.5kg x 3
67.5kg x 3
67.5kg x 3
Awesome, each rep felt like an empty bar Grin

Bent Over Rows
60kg x 5
80kg x 5
100kg x 5
120kg x 5
130kg x 5
140kg x 5
Not bad, slowly getting these back up to where they were Happy

24Kg KB Swings x 25,25

Decent session. Shoulder held up ok, but could feel it tweak slightly nearer the top end so stopped increasing weight then. Happy with the way it all went tho, hopefully it is ok tomorrow and then get me a CGBP Pb next week, 140+ would be splendid Cool

Cheers mate, all seems to be going quite well at the moment.
Squat Pbs are very nice as normally squat is the lift I have major troubles with Happy

Cheers paddy, thought i'd better get some work in and actually train a bit more for strength instead of faffing about

Nice close grip benching mate but have to say it's the rows I've got my eye on. 140 and above is pretty damn awesome in my book.

Cheers mate. Yeah rowing isn't too bad. Have done 140+ in the past for 5, but using straps, this time no straps Happy

Deadlifts
60kg x 5
100kg x 3
140kg x 3
straps
180kg x 2
200kg x 1
220kg x 1 felt tough
232.5kg x 1
242.5kg x 1
252.5kg x 1
262.5kg x 1 beltless pb
appy again, 262.5 was a clean pull, wasn't a grinder, didn't shoot up either but I reckon a few more kgs are there Grin

Deadlift Clusters (15secs between reps)
237kg x 1+1+1
237kg x 1+1+1

Deadlift Reps (15-20secs between sub-sets)
187kg x 5+4+3+2+1

Deadlift Speed Reps (no straps)
132kg x 3
132kg x 3
132kg x 3

EZ Curls
20kg x 5
30kg x 5
40kg x 5
45kg x 5
50kg x 5

15Kg Ball Slams x 25,25
Think after all the weight used in deadlifts this was easy, the 25 reps on both sets were rapid, may up the reps after deadlifts Happy

Good session, happy with the pb but also the 237s went really well, still progressing which is good Happy

It's the way forward. Try with an axle as well Tongue that's a grip killer.

Wow that deadlift session was awesome, that raw PB is a thing of beauty.

Cheers Ox, I like those clusters, they are tough as its 90% of the daily max. Still pondering whether to add another set of them or wait till I can do 2 lots of 5 reps on clusters.
Yeah the beltless deads have really come on, whats nice is each pull is clean and solid, not a hitch in sight which is nice. Grin

It is, need to sort grip out. Don't have an axle, but somewhere in my garage is my fat grips, may alternate with those each week Happy

T'was a good session I have to admit, loved it, was buzzing after getting the 262.5 Happy. Hoping to pass my belted 270 beltless in the near future Cool
