Strict Press (power clean per set)
40kg x 5
60kg x 3
70kg x 3
80kg x 1
90kg x 1
100kg x 1
105kg x 1
Pressing felt good, 105 reasonably comfy, but f**k me did I struggle to get the sodding bar to point where I could press it. I'm a very weak power cleaner with cock all technique, but tonight was worse than normal. No doubt in my mind if I could get it to my shoulders 110 strict would go Roll-Eyes Need to sort Power Cleans out

Clean and Push Press Clusters (15secs between reps)
95kg x 1+1+1
95kg x 1+1+1
Nice, power cleans still an issue as fatigued, but presses pretty comfy

Reps (power clean per sub-set and 15secs between sub-sets)
75kg x 5+4+3+2+1
Nice, 8:7 ratioin terms of strict and push pressing

Strict Speed reps (power clean per set, 30secs between sets)
60kg x 3
60kg x 3
60kg x 3
Really felt like nothing, flew up, every rep dead stop! Happy

Lat Pulldowns
61kg x 5
71kg x 5
81kg x 5
91kg x 5
101kg x 5
Good, each rep solid, smooth and pretty strict

15kg Ball Slams x 30,30

Decent session, happy to be back to where I was before shoulder tweak, so joint pb tonight, more defo there, just need to be able to get weight to shoulders. Unfortuanately this has been made more difficult as where I drop the weights in the garden it has pushed the ground down so Power Cleans done with 3-4 inch deficit which isn't ideal!

Well 110 mong clean is still good. My training partner brad does the most bizarre cleans I've ever seen. He does an explosive row to the neck and sort of nips under the bar quickly while it's up there. He look down at the floor near enough the entire time.

How are you with continental cleans? Mind you on an oly bar they can be painful.

TBH I would be happy with a 110 mong clean, so then I would have a chance of trying to press 110.
I have tried continental cleans using axel once, not great at them, looked like I was having a fit, plus it never reached my shoulders Unhappy, that was with 105 fixed axel.

147kg x 2 abandoned initial plan as this felt like pb attempt
160kg x 1 heavy, was going to abandon squats, but..
170kg x 1 felt like nothing on the bar Happy
180kg x 1
190kg x 1
200kg x 1
205kg x 1 raw pb
Did try getting a video of the 205, but only got waist down so was great for me cause it showed I hit depth Grin BUT you can't really see that 205 is on the bar and that I'm lifting Roll-Eyes!

Single Leg DB Calf Raises
18kg x 5
22.5kg x 5
27kg x 5
29.5kg x 5

24Kg KB swings x 30,30

Ok session in the end, bit lazy, but was going to do lighter weights(165)really for 6 sets of 2 but doing reps felt wrong, so did singles with hope of getting 180 but then weight just kept going up Happy
