1st run completed everything apart from the 125 keg. Walked it over but had nothing left to pop it!
2nd run we left the 125 keg at the platform and i managed to pop it up.

125kg x1 the lift from fresh was easier than i expected

I am basically brand new to this so i'm going to start quite light and work up.

50kg 5x5 Technique felt good, wide split. Felt balanced
60kg x5 Still felt ok
70kg x3 Getting out of form here.

Going to practice these more now as we have jerk blocks.
