ye 85+ is my target, n 110,115,120 on fronts.

taking most of next week of on the hope some of them niggles will f**k off lol, n my cns has just about had as much as it can take.

An 85 Strict and 120 Frontie will be pretty sweet PB's mate. Over BW strict and 1.5x BW Front squat, smash them PB's mate! But you can slow down getting stronger now anytime you want you know.... Roll-Eyes Tongue

weighed 79.1kg this morning before food etc, had tracky bottoms n vest on so 79.0kg i reckon. hopefully its fat iv lost n the diet plan has worked.

strict press
bar x lots
40k x 5
60k x 2
70k x 1
belt, wrist wraps on - belt cleans from here onwards
80k x 1
elbow sleeves on
85k x 1 - PB, slow n tough but got there in the end
87.5k x f x f - belt clean PB lol. got it to my nose so about 2"

improvised OH - tricep bar
60k x 5 - clean n press each rep / think this set was strict
70k x 4 - clean n press each rep / slight push from knee's
that tired me out 5th rep wasnt there

had a cig break

front squats
27 x 10
50 x 5
71 x 1
90 x 1
107 x 1
120 x 2 - both to parralel not below / had to put a chair there jus incase i went so deep i couldnt get back up

sandbag / added more sand yesterday havent weighed it yet but at a guess 80kg+
bear hug run x 20m
right shoulder x fail x fail - grass n bag was wet so hard to grip
right shoulder x 10m run
left shoulder x 10m run
bear hug run x 10m (5 sec rest) x 10m
shoulder to right - got it to top but slipped off straight away
shoulder to right x 1

neck started hurting so left it there, also i felt dead

sandbag has trashed my arms - blood was seepin out of stretch marks lol

2 pbs n some good bag work = good day at the office

hahaha, i wont use sleeves as soon as i hit 90k.

to be fair that 87.5 hardly moved so u got no worries yet

ye my pressin has come along nice over last 2-3months but now i think its gonna slow down alot. 100 shouldnt b far off for you mate. in fact it shud b easy if u can nail a 120 axle OH

expected this to go bad due to late night early morning less food than usual n felt really drained

DB bp @ 28k x 8 x 2sets both paused n twisted
60 x 2 paused
80 x 2 paused
100 x 2 paused
110 x 1 paused
120 x 1 PB

CGBP
90 x 1
100 x 1
110 x 1 PB - default as ive never 1rm cgbp
115 x 1 PB

bench press 80k x 10 all paused
steep incline 80k x 7

blasted through this pretty quickly, also thanks to lee gates cos i tried a few tips he gave me on grip n form which made it that bit easier.

Good stuff dom IMO if ur trainin stays as it is at the mo ( great) i reckon in my humble opinion tht ur in with a shout of silverwear at COTF 2 based on strength alone tht is if ur carry over to events is jus as good then ul be up there

thanks v man hopefully my gym lifts do have some carry over to events n IF progress carries on the way it is then il b a happy man. top 3 would be awesome finish for me, my goal is top 6 atm.

also if i can gain 20lb's of muscle mass in the right areas then im laughing, this is my advantage on fctilidie seen as hes doin BSM u80 so he cant really gain too much. Grin
