Uk limbo dancing champion Member 2666, 6551 posts SQ 202, BP 170, DL 255627.0 kgs @ 88kgs UnEq | headache all day, which id like to thank my kids for  squats 20 x 10 60 x 5 80 x 5 100 x 3, 3 122.5 x 3 142.5 x 3 152.5 x 3 162.5 x 4 - very cheap PB 170 x 2 - PB side ups x 5 close, 5 wide, 10 wide, 5 close powercleans/ mong cleans (no dip to recieve bar, just uprite row n throw elbows under pretty much) 50 x 3, 3 70 x 3 80 x 1 or 2 90 x 1 100 x 1 105 x 1 PB best squat session iv had since vulcan which was a good 3 weeks ago, last weeks 140x5 felt almost as hard as the 162 today. knee still playing up a bit but calf seems a lot better, not felt it for last 2 weeks n only very slightly today on the 170 set. did some cleans instead of curls just for change as iv not done them since june/july i think n even then it was only 3 sessions i did, not trained them regularly since last year. so needless to say im pretty pleased with them, in fact i was happy wen i did the 90 let alone the rest, my old 1rm was 100 but im alot fatter and slower now | ||
