 not particularly well educated Member 85, 10990 posts SQ 170, BP 130, DL 260560.0 kgs @ 90kgs UnEq | Post Edited: 08.02.2014 @ 20:28 PM by EDCLARKE Bumping this thread for a new Spola style online competition like what we used to have back in the day.2 lifts : Max double overhand axle deadlift and because we dont all have access to an axle Max double overhand deadlift on an olympic bar. 3 weight categories : u90k u105k Fatlads Video your lifts and post them up in this thread , s**tty homemade trophy for the winner of each weight class. competition runs from now till the 8th of March so you have a month to get your entries in and like the original SPOLA comp you can put a maximum of 3 attempts for each lift. just to get the ball rolling i had a go today , see below for my very average attempts 180k doh barbell deadlift 120k doh axle deadlift be interesting to see who has sugdens strongest grip. | ||
