| I have done physio for an adductor tear (on the same side) and had physio on the knee, acupuncture for shin thigh and knee and had cortisone in it... I think among his Russian mumbeling I heard muscle imbalance but I'm not seeing how that would cause such shape pain in the same place every time and what's imbalanced... I think this is the first time in 4 years my it band isnt tight I'm truly lost... My only other open door is an osteopath that has been recommended... | |||

| well its taken some time but i now have results from the mri.... nothing is wrong with it! all tendons are in tact... he's referred me for surgery to see whats occurring but he says its doubtful they will accept me for surgery and turf me bk to physio  so if they do that im back to square one with a f**ked knee and nothing can seemingly be done about it | |||

| guys whats ur beef with tom hardy on the ross show? hes a f**king delight! not at all up his own perfectly shaped arse (ref: Bronson) keira knightly couldnt lean close enough to him denzel even went and sat next to him not the other way around... he can grow a cracking beard and moustache... as for fighting haye... from my research on hardy (not that iv got a man crush on him at all) is hes a bit of a s**t fighter... took him quite a while to get into it for filming and even then he was only taught how to fight for filming purposes which is apparently different to normal fighting... :/ but id pay to watch it on sky or what have u if its for charity and hes in hotpants... thirdly i hardy doesnt keep in shape it seems not sure if this is recent or not... http://media-cache-lt0.pinterest.com/upload/104427285081256944... also while searching for this i came across this http://24.media.tumblr.com/tumblr_ls5nqmBJ8s1qecv2ko1_500.jpg just keeping in check im on the right side off the bus... im off to watch batman now and be quiet in the corner.... | |||
