yes its about what you can do now not what you've done in the past , just like a normal competition but online.

The idea is its run over a month and you get 3 attempts you can submit , so you can submit 1 attempt at the begining to see where your at and then you have the opportunity to practice the lift a bit and then submit 2 more attempts to see how you've progressed.

shoulde be fairly easy to train as most of us deadlift so if you do your warmups double overhand it doesnt cost you any valuable training time.

Good man , I suspect with all that scaffolding work your grip will be pretty good.

chalk and wrist wraps are ok , but obviously no straps

I think a standard axle is 2" but if you've only got access to scaf bar (which I think is a bit less) thats ok.

Most axles are fairly similar in thickness so i'd say just use whatever you've got.

ye thought so, just double checking.
cool idea, shame my backs injured but might be able to do something worth while on axle.
will there be a different lift/challenge at the end of this 1 then ?

Think my best DOH deadlift is 155 at 78kg.
Not got a video as i just did it as warm ups for normal deadlift.
I shall try and video one soon so i can be winning the lightweight class by default. Grin Until Vausie enters with 200+ DOH.

Is someone collating the scores for each category into a post somewhere for a leaderboard?

i will do once a few more videos come in , then people can add there lifts into the league by quoting the previous post.
