Squatting last week was s**t! After a 6 hour tattoo session wasn't gunna train today because I did same tattoo session so wasn't expecting fireworks... Breifs on Safety bar squats to parallel box 70kg - 5 70kg - 5 110kg - 5 150kg - 3 190kg - 3 Suit on straps down 240kg - 2 260kg - 2 Sumo deadlift In briefs and suit straps down 60kg - 5 100kg - 5 140kg - 5 180kg - 3 220kg - 2 260kg - 2 dizzy as f**k after first one Straight bar with REVERSE bands 110kg - 5 150kg - 3 190kg - 2 230kg - 1 272.5kg - 1 310kg - 2 maybe 1 inch high on each of these two!
