is it the sheer girth thats giving a bit of grief on the log mate ?

how does it feel compared to the thinner one ? I had a go on millsys last year but cant remember how wide it was, im a bit short on the arm front myself ...

yeah mate its just massive to hold accross the shoulders. legs were shaking after the clean its really hard to control. im lucky to be training with mark, he cleaned 155 on the log today and his pushing was 1st class. absolutly faultless, ill just keep trying to learn off him. the strong tw*t.

woke up with a really sore forearm 2day, didnt feel anything go in training so not sure wot it is? thought id see if i could train it out.

yoke
140 x 50m
180 x 50m
220 x 40m
my arm was sore just loading weights on the yoke so sort of ran out of ideas on wot training i can do?

squats 3rd time in 4days..
60 x 10
90 x 5
120 x 5
150 x 5
180 x 2
180 x 1 legs are pretty shot..

if my arm is still fu*ked tomorow ill be squatting 4 days on the run...

first time ive tried these, i will probably snatch em in the olympic dragon comp..

really pleased with the 130 pb. elbow only hurting inbetween sets thankfully.

Good session there Kev. You will absolutley destroy the heavy medley! 50kg Db snatch, 130kg axle press, silly numbers barbell press..... Crazy. I might give a Db snatch a go next time i train Overhead, doubt i'll be able to get my head around it though.
