I had a go on millsys last year but cant remember how wide it was, im a bit short on the arm front myself ... yeah mate its just massive to hold accross the shoulders. legs were shaking after the clean its really hard to control. im lucky to be training with mark, he cleaned 155 on the log today and his pushing was 1st class. absolutly faultless, ill just keep trying to learn off him. the strong tw*t. | ||

Member 601, 3067 posts SQ 222.5, BP 177.5, DL 272.5672.5 kgs @ 80kgs UnEq | trainings 18/05/09 woke up with a really sore forearm 2day, didnt feel anything go in training so not sure wot it is? thought id see if i could train it out. yoke 140 x 50m 180 x 50m 220 x 40m my arm was sore just loading weights on the yoke so sort of ran out of ideas on wot training i can do? squats 3rd time in 4days.. 60 x 10 90 x 5 120 x 5 150 x 5 180 x 2 180 x 1 legs are pretty shot.. | ||

Member 601, 3067 posts SQ 222.5, BP 177.5, DL 272.5672.5 kgs @ 80kgs UnEq | trainings 19/05/09 dumbbell snatch ish..all right arm due to sore left.. 20kg x 5 30kg x 5 40kg x 3 50kg x 2 F F 50kg x 1 50kg x 1 50kg x 1 first time ive tried these, i will probably snatch em in the olympic dragon comp.. axel push press 55 x 5 75 x 5 95 x 3 105 x 3 115 x 1 125 x 1 F 125 x 1 130 x 1 F 130 x 1 PB. really pleased with the 130 pb. elbow only hurting inbetween sets thankfully. seated front press 60 x 7 80 x 5 80 x 5 90 x 3 100 x 2 strict press 60 x 5 80 x 3 90 x 3 100 x 2 upright row 40kg x 1 hurt like f**k few sets of light dumbbell press. buzzing with the session, felt really gud. | ||
