Probably mate, I managed a half day at work so I knew I cud get a nice long beasting session in.. Hence me then getting twisted of my nut on various s**t.. I really think once u have just one too many it's very counter productive no matter how much energy you feel you have. The cep is fine aslong as its left alone, it actually hurts using my left hand to rub deep heat on my left side lower back, it feels like something will snap doing something as mundane as that. And just a general dull ache in the evenings, nothing that bothers me too much but certainly holding me back. But thanks for asking pal. | ||
