Training still light this week but alot of volume
tuesday- squat
60x5,100x5,140x5,180x1,220x5(10sets)
barbell rollout- 2x10 BW

Thursday- pause bench
60x10,80x5,100x5,120x5,140x5,160x5(10 sets)
pullups-3 sets
pushdowns -1set

saturday- deadlift
60x10,100x5,140x5,180x2,220x1,260x1,300x2
low energy and hadnt recovered from tuseday but not bad considering.

FTOH-140xF. not done any sort of overhead in nearly a year so technique was awful. should of warmed up shoulders too
