cheers. iv not done any strict/push press/jerk since last summer and didnt even warm up so my technique is terrible, but i think iv got strength to do much more when i get better motor pattern

not sure what i did tbh just tried to get it over my head. i might just stick with strict press my coordination has gone out the door , know what i got to work on so gona train it hard

i'd say get some solid sets in like 10x3 at 115ish .... power etc is there just your a pure mong

learn to play with 115 -125 for lots of sets and you'll PP 160+

CSR-
70 x10(2sets), 50x12(3sets)

SLDL, assisted pullups, lots of upper back work.

Feeling strong and healthy. Happy.

Maybe, going to spend another couple of months building the deadlift instead of testing it. Work my weaknesses hard and hopefully should get stronger.
