Bad session.

Friday deadlift
60x5 100x5 140x5 180x3 220x3 260x1, then was chatting for aobut 45 minutes, body got cold so did an awful 270x6. I'll repeat this next time and do much better.

Thanks lol, not yet but getting there...
In hindsight I'm happy with how well my strength has maintained the past 6 weeks , was expecting a massive decline, dont think ive got weaker atall but when you go from gainz every week to maintaining its wierd. Hopefully be able to kick my strength up another notch now.
