i never knew my spine was that flexible. also learnt to put a cushion on floor behind me for future pb attempts

shin pain was present during farmers, knees have been fine throughout training but after i got out the car theyve been hurting alot (hoping its partly from been cramped up in the car for a long time)
very good day the axle was a PB belt clean, PB axle, PB oh press, PB FTOH
i blame graham for the fall cos he told me to be more explosive with the clean n it went too high too fast for me to counter the weight shift (i think gra told me this knowing it wud happen for his amusement)
