Thanks, I tried the pulling the bar apart technique and it seemed to work. Probably will take a while to get my bench to where yours is though, as progress tends to be slow

50kg x 5
60kg x 5
70kg x 5
80kg x 5
90kg x 5

back raises with 20kg:
5 sets of 10

decline situps:
5 sets of 10

im going to start taking squats more serioustly from now. no more forgetting to do them for a month or 2

why did u do 50kg and 70kg lol, should make bigger jumps so u have more juice for the top sets

i had no idea what my 5 rep max was so i just took small jumps intill it got hard

todays training:

deadlifts:
60kg x 10
100kg x 5
140kg x 5
152.5kg x 8, a possible PB

was supposed to do that for 2 sets but my vack is still injured from last weeks horrible form deadlift and it realy f**king hurts, so now im having loads of painkillers and stuff.

finished with some abs
