Perhaps if you weren't so pussy whipped and actually showed up to do some training with me, I'd have lifted a little more?

It continued throughout the session (despite plenty of stretching and verged on being pain full a couple of times
About an hour after finishing training, I had what felt like severe DOMS in my legs which got better after 10 minutes of foam rolling....
Today my quads (hammies are fine) are as sore as I would have been had I done a 20 rep squat set?
No idea what's going on but I hope it decides to move along sharpish!

Leg Extensions
Stiff Leg Deadlifts
Lying Leg Curl
Apart from the gammy quad pump / cramp, a tidy little session.

- 190kg x 2 - PB
- 190kg x 1, F 2nd
Happy with these as I had no real rest between the top sets
Leg Press
- 460kg x 8
- 460kg x 8
Leg Extensions
- 65kg x 10
- 65kg x 10 + 15 bw Sissy Squats
Stiff Leg Deadlifts
- 145kg x 3
- 215kg x 3
- 21kg x 3
No rest again, so happy with these
Lying Leg Curl
- 35kg x 8
- 35kg x 8
Also did some seated calf raises
