If you sign into google at any point most browsers allow google track you with a cookie from google inc. Sign in on private tab only to check mails, youtube subscriptions etc. I'm on signal but miss groups feature in other encrypted messengers. I switched to a MIUI Phone recently. It frequently prompts me to clear tracking cookies and warns when google play apps have excessive permissions or reach out connectivity. I was on Apple for security previously. Being more protective of me and family time. I doubt I will be missing any important family event or opportunity to spend time with friends to earn a few quid again. I definitely spent too much time working the last 15 years. | |||

MY 12 year old step son also lifted, he did 175/90/180 all comfy at 80kg. Awesome lifting man as a fellow deadlift challenged lifter I always find it hard to pull PB or close to PB during a comp so that's class. | |||

I don't think so I am also 35 and feel as strong if not as strong if I have ever been but planning on setting new PBs next year. I squatted my all-time PB in February of this year. | |||
