      To be honest, I wasn't moving that well tonight and it was a bit of a struggle (had a fever last night which won't have helped)

Meh! - The squats were rough tonight (considering I did a couple of 250kg x 5 sets at the weekend)......

haha, i'm not! i'm tucking legs under a bit further and managing to push heels down initiating leg drive.
(used to do opposite and go up on my toes for some reason)

doubt i'll ever have a big arching setup like yourself, but shoulder injury has forced me to make some effort on technique.

lol they're much better, more elvis circa 1976 (slow and fat elvis) than shakin' stevens 1981.

a lot was bad habits at work - always a long day monday, meetings, code reviews etc.
i'd not eat enough (esp carbs) and hammer ECA to get through the session - half of time I was shaking just sat waiting my turn lol.
now getting at least 2000 cals of decent food in during day and knocking the 'E' part of ECA on the head has helped.

I am dude, back to eating carbs on training nights now Happy

I had spent the last 12 weeks or so pretty much just eating carbs once a week whilst dropping some timber Happy
