Over Head Press

Bar x15 behind head
40kg x8 behind head
47.5kg x6
57.5kg 5x5 last set was 5 strict + 5 push (10 in total)

Squats

Bar x10
60kg x8
75kg x6
87.5kg x5
107.5kg 5x5 PB
120kg x1 PB
Also took off Leggiez 160kg and walked it bounced it for a minute(bloody heavy)

Dead Lifts

60kg x8
100kg x5
115kg x5
137.5kg x5 PB
162.5kg x1 FAIL (grip failed-right hand)

Super sets

Sit ups 3x20
Pull ups 5,5,4 (making slow progress with these)

Farmers Walk

65kg each hand 4x 12m shuttles in 60 secs
1x shuttle 6.6 seconds

Not really set up for this yet.
Leggiez and stu on fire tonight with dead lifts. Its my pleasure to train with them.Happy

it was 12 metre shuttles we were trying out , he managed 4 shuttles in 60 secs , then 1 shuttle in 6.6seconds !

60kg 4x10

Hamstring curls

35kg 3x10

Squats

60kg 3x20 (high reps with around half my working weight) There were wee pauses in each set to catch my breath, not used to such high reps.

Super set

Sit ups 3x20
Preacher curls 26kg+bar 3x10

Yeah. No where near as bad as the mj s,sets but was puffing a wee bit.

I like your squat assistance method weigie so i will put it in to practise myself. Saturdays are perfect for a little extra work in our gym. I will roll with this for a few weeks and keep high rep sets with squats at 60kg. Happy

After reading an article about these i decided to de-load and start again with a wider grip, (same as bench press).

M,J Super Sets

Sit ups 3x20
Pull ups 6,5,4 Not much but still an improvment
Triceps pull down 35kg 10,9,7
Close,G,B,Press 75kg 9,7,5

Still perfecting the tecnique for squats(finding that rolling the bar back after every rep helps us stay more upright)

Leggiez has bent the bluddy bar thoughRoll-Eyes ....Tongue

Progress has definatly slowed down for me now...Cmon 400 by the end of the monthHappy
