I like your squat assistance method weigie so i will put it in to practise myself. Saturdays are perfect for a little extra work in our gym. I will roll with this for a few weeks and keep high rep sets with squats at 60kg. | ||

Bar x10 40 x8 60 x5 65 5x5 M,J Super Sets Sit ups 3x20 Pull ups 6,5,4 Not much but still an improvment Triceps pull down 35kg 10,9,7 Close,G,B,Press 75kg 9,7,5 Still perfecting the tecnique for squats(finding that rolling the bar back after every rep helps us stay more upright) Leggiez has bent the bluddy bar though .... Progress has definatly slowed down for me now...Cmon 400 by the end of the month | ||
