Awesome session today with a very easy front squat PB.

18/1/08

Front Squats- 60/5, 100/3, 140/1, 160/1, 180/2 PB

CG Bench- 60/8, 80/8, 100/6

Tricep Circuit- {10 dips; 10 75kg straight bar PDs; 10 45kg rope PDs} DONE 3 TIMES, NO REST

Would have liked to do more leg work, but there just isnt the machines at the Uni gym.

total respect on doing front squats mate, very impresive technique and explosive. one of my fav exercises i personally cut out backs many years a go just did fronts for my competing (oly lifting) as a bonus my legs got masive. at present doing light build up on backs for high reps seeing how back goes

keep up the good work

Good stuff mate. What's your technique on the pressing?? e.g push press, jerk etc...

You have made some awsome progress Ken, looks like all the hard training is paying offHappy.

Where in Dumbarton is the weightlifting club, I am in Glasgow myself, I fancy trying some strongman events other there?

Good luck in your next comp!
