Update from China...

Leading the comp so far, got a crappy 4th in loading. Won the farmers. 3rd in tyre flip then 1st in yoke. Got powerstairs and truck pull tomorrow.

SSB Squat- 60/5, 100/5, 140/3, 180/2, 220/1, 245/1, 260/1 Turns out 260kg was actually my 1RM, so matched a PB and was easy, wanted to go higher but was pulling with my arm too much

Was only planning some single arm circuits so did a load of them then others were squatting so I did a squat off with them fully kitted. Hit an easy 265kg on the straight bar

Switched to a circuit routine for upper yest, just three sets of chest machine, db row, standing db press, db ext and curls for 10reps a piece. Finished with 3 triples of 60kg one arm bb snatch.
