Pretty good one today, need to try vary things a bit more but proving quite difficult atm as I'm limited in what I can do, machines I can load etc.

Seated SSB GMs- 40/8, 60/8, 80/8, 90/8

Leg Press- 180/10/10/10

Leg Ext and Leg Curl.

Good few sessions mate, good to see you stay motivated despite your injury. Do you know how long it will be before you can get the arm out of the brace and start abit of movement with it?

I won't let this beat me dude, I've set a very big goal to attain in March so no rest.

I still haven't had the brace fitted, waiting it to arrive so atm it's still in the half cast which I can remove to do my rehab stuff. I can move it, but not supposed to tbh, so my rehab is all passive movements supporting my injured arm with the other. Active flexion doesn't cause pain though, but I need to slowly build it up.

Yesterdays session was abandoned out of frustration, so went in today and did a little bit.

Good session yesterday, just one arm circuits then did some high rep tricep stuff with the bad arm.

27/8/12

14" SSB Box Squat- 60/3, 100/2, 140/3, 180/2, 200/1, 220/5 PB

SSB GMs- 60/5, 80/5, 100/5, 120/5, 140/3 Was twisting like mad here so just left it, think I'll need to stick to against bands atm.

Leg Extension- 5sets of 20reps

Hypers and abs.
