deads- 210/3, 240/2, 250/1, 265/f/f/f, 210/3 the 250 was really good and smooth, probably should have just done a double instead of going higher and left it at that.

axel holds- 65/30 count, 105/15 count/ 13 count

bench- 70/9/8, 90/6

how come your bench is so ppor mate? i mean your overhead press seems to be ahead of it??

where is it you train? i have family near turrif so might be useful if i knew of a gym up there

i dont train bench very often, every two or three weeks since it isnt used in strongman that often.

i gethered you didnt train it, it's just that with your strong shoulders and tri's from log/axel/ohp i'd ave thought your bench would have been more
