Im not too sure actually where it is, you go through the twon and then over a bridge and then near an industrial area, sorry bud.

Nice session today, deadlifts felt alright but I had to use a crap bar since the one I usually use wasnt avaliable. The bar I used was thicker and smoother than the normal bar so I just used straps on the heavy sets [250 & 260] to aid the grip. Plus I did a fair bit of grip work yesterday.

Deadlifts- 70/5, 120/4, 170/2, 220/1, 250/2/2/2 ALL PBs, 260/1

SLDL- 170/5/5, 120/8

Bent Over Rows- 100/8/8/8

Lat Pulldowns- lv.12/8/8/8

Hammer Curls- 25/8 Felt a little niggle in the right arm so just left it at that.

Didnt feel too motivated when I got to the gym today, but fired myself up and then had a great workout!

Clean & Press- 70/5, 100/3, 120/2 Both Continental PB

Rack Press- 120/3 PB, 130/f

Standing Strict Press- 50/5, 70/5, 85/3/2 Both PBs

Bench- 60/8, 90/6, 110/3, 120/f

Shrugs- 170/15, 220/15, 250/10 PB

Static Holds- 50kg DB/hand 1min PB Very Easy, reckon atleast 1min 30s was there

Had an awesome session today, same sort of mood as Wednesday once I got to the gym, but got fired up with Andys help and had another awesome session.

Two weeks from the qualifiers and its time to pulll the finger out for sure!

Leg Extension- lv.6/10 reps, 10seconds/10 reps, 10 seconds/10 reps

Skulls- 30/10, 50/10/10

DB OH Extension- 32.5/12, {45/10, 35/6 DROP SET}

Tricep Circuit- {10 Dips; 10 70kg Straight Bar PDs; 10 50kg Rope PDs} Done 3 TIMES, NO REST
