Arm Over Arm Suitcase on tyre x20m - in 35/36 seconds if iirc Farmers 100kx20m 120kx20m 140kxf pickup Stones 90k to 61" 100k to 61" 117k to 55" 132k to 55" 150kx lapped but not a lot else All in all a good session. The atmosphere during the deadlifts was f**king brilliant with everyone cheering each other on and the two best lifts of the day for me were Smallsy and Lee each nailing 200k with what I hope they dont mind me saying were two of the hardest fought lifts I've seen.

You need to start beliving in your abilitys and strength more.
