| Thanks every one the 260 squat felt really easy. 280 I don't no what happened tbh, when I watched the video back it goes up then just dies. Managed joint 1st with that so its all good. | |||

I only had two weeks training of events for this comp and 6 weeks off normal gyms due to my son being in intensive care. Over all I wanted more but excuses aside I was happy with the outcome the other competitors were great very strong. It was a awesome day seeing everybody doing what they love I placed 4th 1 1/2 points off 3rd managed to come back after after 2 events I was 8th but going into the last event sitting 3rd. Big well done to FSI Gym and all the staff refs and spotters Here's what happened next | |||

| Pure gym seems the cheapest and most flexible but its also a commercial gym an old fashioned gym would be better with more flexible pay as you go would be better but I can't find any online | |||

| Iv never thought about this issue until now when iv had my son and bought my first house. Looking into some insurance brokers with my mortgage advisor and a lot won't cover me with out a high premium and strict terms and conditions due to my weight to height and partly because I work in the security industry. Has any one else had these issue or could recommend any insurance brokers. | |||
