28.10.09 Pressing session..
Viper log 10":
2 x 5 x 75kg,
4 x 95kg,
1 x 110kg,
5 x 120kg + 2 normal presses PR
Circus dumbbell:
6 x ~62kg
8 x ~62kg
Another great session with "the boys" by my side!! Viper log had it's PR in terms of reps. The brand new circus dumbbell didn't weight too much today either. The massage sure did me good!! The company in the practise was the best as always when "the boys" are around.. Cheers for the support mates!!
Viper log 10":
2 x 5 x 75kg,
4 x 95kg,
1 x 110kg,
5 x 120kg + 2 normal presses PR

29.10.09 Squat and some rehabs for my back..
Squat:
2 x 8 x 60kg,
8 x 80kg,
5 x 100kg,
3 x 130kg,
3 x 150kg,
3 x 175kg,
2 x 195kg,
1 x 205kg,
3 x 3 x 180kg
Situps:
3 x 20
+ some static rehab holds..
Training went ok considering the small ache on my back from yesterdays log. Situps also went right where they were supposed to go..damn my belly hurts!!
Squat:
