Boar the flue is just s**t . and i would like to add that i appear to have lost no fat whatsoever despite being a stone lighter! yesterday : bench press 80kx8/6 close grip 60k 8/8 hexbar deadlift 150kx5 160kx5 170kx5 seated dumbell press 16kx10 20kx10/10 rowing machine 70k plate weight 8/8/8 some curls to finish | ||

I think my lifting career ended when i decided to do my usual deadlift session without a belt ...... for no reason !! twas my own fault 2 of the lads who work for me have started going to the gym and they asked me to come and give them some tips , instead i showed them how to f**k your back up by lifting like a t**t. Ive been doing trap bar deads because of my dodgy back , but decided to do normal deads to demonstrate good form , i'm walking like i've shat myself now and i had to get the wife to do my shoelaces up for me this morning. | ||
