I am finding at the moment I can train squats once a week with no problem. I have tried to up the volume on a couple of time and each time my hip lets me know its a bad idea. | ||

DB strict press - 3 sets of 12 side raises, cable curls and tricep pushdown superset for about 6 rounds | ||

Full sumo 70kg x 5 120kg x 3,3 140kg x 2,2 SLDL 70kg x 5,5,5 Bulgarian split squat bodyweight 10kg per hand x 10, 10 Did few sets of chinups between sets of other things. | ||

Maybe I was doing sumo wrong but do you find them very quad heavy as I do? | ||
