Bench bar 40 60 70kg x 5 80kg x 5 90kg x 5 good 80kg x 5, 10 done. Today the plan was to fit 2 sessions into 1 because im going to Cambridge for the weekend. Squatting did not go to plan, I wanted to finish this block of 5's with 5 sets over 140kg. I was kind of down about this until I realised that I just squatted 2x bodyweight for 5 reps, which is a massive bodyweight PB. | ||

I am finding at the moment I can train squats once a week with no problem. I have tried to up the volume on a couple of time and each time my hip lets me know its a bad idea. | ||
