Vinny - I am definitely far stronger off the floor, think 300 would go to the knee no problemo. Now I have done 300+ from 19", I will try bury 300 from the floor in a few weeks

The squats were pish TBH, seem to have been going backwards after my 245x2!! Think I will nail some volume with 5s for a few weeks

Training on Easter Sunday may be a no no for me with all family s**t!! Will have to see what Rachaels & Millsys plans are. Sat would definitely be better for me

Well I think Joni mentioned Cleggys for Easter sunday but if im about on the sat id jump on a train to Bolton for Millsys, although he trains at 9 doesnt he? That would be impossible for me.

Dropping the weight a little and keeping to 5 reps should work wonders in the long run JC. I think you've just got a little burned out with doing heavy low rep squats. Just drop the intensity a little for a couple of weeks, save the grinders for the end of the cycle and I think you will be making gains again.
The rack pulls went very well though so your'e all round strength is up!

That was my thoughts mate. Will probably just stick between 180-200, do a good couple of sets of 5s for a few weeks hopefully
