I usually use a suicide grip which is better for my elbows and shoulders... wouldn't fancy it without chalk. I used a regular grip last night.

Can see how it would tho to be fair, can be tough sessions.

That's some decent benching considering you didn't have everything you would normally have.

Is suicide grip basically thumbs over the bar same way as your fingers are?
If so I tried this last night, felt really weird but enabled me get more torque out of my shoulders by trying to twist the bar as I benched

Yeah, basically a thumbless grip.
