Was doing low rest between singles and had a guy "helping me keep the speed up", personally I've always thought this stuff was *******s before but I think it has its place in a workout. As long as you don't go claiming new PBs from it.

Was expecting 13 reps but was sick a tiny amount in my mouth after nine. Gave it a few minutes then did another five.

97.5 bench for 5 paused triples

Oh and i got fat.

Bench, paused, 20*8,*40*3, 60*3, 80*3, 90*1, 102.5*3, 2, 2f, 1, 1meh, not feeling it today. Final rep was quick and easy though. Wtf.

Deadlifts, doh, 60*5, 80*3, 100*3, 120*3, mixed grip, 140*2, belt on, 160*3, 175* 3, 190*5, video'd. Big 5RM pb Aim was a triple.

eal life update
Bike chain snapped on way to work yesterday. Somehow kept bike upright so am not injured but am without transport for a few days now.

People at work are giving me lifts to/from the office which is nice but the guy i train with is at a conference so i can't blag a lift to the gym. Hopefully can go saturday to strongman gym as bike should be fixed by then.
