As long as you don't go claiming new PBs from it. Deadlifts, doh, 70 *8, 100*3, 120*2, mixed, belt on, 140*2, 155*10,5, meh Was expecting 13 reps but was sick a tiny amount in my mouth after nine. Gave it a few minutes then did another five. Dips +5kg *10, 10, 5 Keeping the speed decent on these | ||

Bench, 20*7, 40*3p, 60*3p, 80*3p, 90*1p, 100*3p, 3p, 3p, 3p, 3p not quick but not too bad. 2.5kg 5*3 PB. ![]() Deadlifts, doh, 60*5, 100*3, 120*3, mixed grip, 140*2, 160*3, 175*3, 187.5*3, easy 3RM tbh.New technique really helping, had another 1/2 in the tank. . Db row, 30*10/10, 37.5*10/10, 42.5*10/10, 8/8, Meh, was planning on doing more assistance but was slow on deadlifts taking up all my time. | ||

Somehow kept bike upright so am not injured but am without transport for a few days now. People at work are giving me lifts to/from the office which is nice but the guy i train with is at a conference so i can't blag a lift to the gym. Hopefully can go saturday to strongman gym as bike should be fixed by then. | ||
