mixed grip 140*2,
belt on,
160*1, 175*1, 187.5*1,
205*3, 5kg 1RM pb, and got it for a triple.
form less nice. :/

35*5, 55*10/5+5, left grip needed adjusting

continental clean and pp,

switching from eleiko old bar to Texas bar,
80*1, 85*1,
90*1, FTOH pb.
Clean tough, press easy.

Fronties,
light playing with new belt.
Well, up to a single at 135 belted, old belt.

Lots of singles at 100 and 120.

belt = easy, maybe because I'm leg driving better.
100kg for sets of five next week easy.

Deadlifts,
doh,

mixed grip,
140*1,inzer lever belt on,
160*1, 180*1,
195*1, 210*1,
turtleback, was going to go heavier but **** it, side on angle makes back look ****, .
180*3, slightly better,
160*3, meh, lower back not great.
I'm not sure how bad it was. It may have been the new belt.

tough, 5*5 pb,
rests were like 3 minutes between first sets and like 7+ between later sets. back pump crazy.

Happy with this. Going th try it with a plate next week.

Also, emailed Tom Hibbert at winning health solutions today.

Hoping to get some proper events programming sorted out before next year.

Going to try and place better than my current pb of sixth in a novice comp in March then go to esm U80kg in June.
