Thanks. Nah, just went very light headed. You can see me being a bit slow at racking first one due to same thing and then i was lightheaded more second time. Accdeintally drop bar then casually pass out.

I cheked the bar afterwards and it did seem fine.

Yea, probably. Shall try that. I never do it on purpose tbh but could probably try harder to stop it.

rep pb by one. Meh, wanted five tbh. Got a video. 4th rep felt tough so i racked it but i should have gone for fifth.

Swiss bar,C&P
first rep cleaned then strict press,
40*5, 50*5, 60*5,
Easy

c and pp,
70*1, 75*1, 80*1, 82*1. Not bad. Got video of 80 and 82. Nice. Less than my best push press but heavier than my best log. May be a FTOH pb, lol.

Power cleans,
40*3, 50*3, 60*loads,
kept not letting go of the bar so not catching it correctly.

Deads, doh,
60*5, 90*3, 110 *1, 125*1, 140*2,
grip dying and back position feeling crap. Now i know how my deadlift SHOULD feel it just makes it worse since it's tough to get it right and i don't want to just resort to my old backbreaking form. Ffs.

Fat handled pull ups,
bw*5, 4,
New ridiculously thick handles on the pull up station at gym.

db clean and strict press,
22*1/1, 24*1/1, 26*1/1,
28*1/1, 30*1/f, can't get it further than 2 inches from left shoulder,
right arm only , 32*1,
