belted,
147.5*4, 4,4
hurting my lower left back at the bottom. Feels more like a leg muscle where it connects to the back instead of the back itself. Did the minimum volume of the program .

Bench, paused and belted,
100*4, 4, 4, 4, 4, nice.

long pause bench, self count to 5, 100*4, 4, happy.

Back to normal length pause,
90*8, 8, 8

squats were meh, bench was all piss easy . Happy with it atm.

Did check pdf afterwards and and the weight was actually 101.4 so should have rounded up and not down. Nvm.

Very happy with this. It's catching my close grip normal Bench.

MDS press(sat on a flat bench backwards overhead pressing),
20*8, 40*3,
45*8, 50*8,
60*1, 65*1, 67.5* 1, 70*1,
60*5, 50*10 .
it's a way to overhead press with no cheating from leaning back since if you try to lean back you fall over.

Arms and facepulls,

foam rolling. Mainly hitting my back, hips and top of leg. I felt great for like an hour after.

easy and fast,

Wide grip bench,
80*4, adjusted unrack height down. 80*1,
90*8, 8, 8
less fast but still not slow, getting used to the super wide grip though.

MDS press,
20*5, 40*5,
50*8, 8, 8,
45*8, 40*8,

Session from this afternoon.

first two sets sloppy form. Rest better.
(4RM, then hit it for four more sets)

Five second self count pause bench. Belted,
105*4, 4, easy.
Form on these felt great.

Bench, paused and belted,
95*8, 8, 8,
final set form was awesome and they flew up until final one when I was planning on maybe ten. Hit the wall sad ground out the eighth and racked it.

Foam rolling then home.

Did some light work today on squats and deads.

Squats,

60*5* lots of sets
80*5* lots of sets

Hitting higher depth than usual. Trying to maintain a very flat back throughout with less arch. Only a tiny bit of pain at the bottom of a few...
