Should do when 1/3rd of your deadlift though. What's your max power clean? I reckon i can get 80+ up soon but this was only my second session ever doing them so didn't want to push it too much. | ||

In a bit of a rush and had no plan for the day. Didn't go brilliantly. Weigh in 79.5kg Standard Squats 20*8, 60*5, 80*3, 100*2, 110*1, belt on. 120*1, 130*1, 140*1, 157*2, 1, 1, 1 Just pissing about tbh. Relatively happy with this. Should have gone for 150 3*3 if i had thought about it tbh. Power cleans 20*5, 30*3,40*2, 50*2, 60*3, 2,1,1,1 Was not comfy racking the bar today. Didn't want to go heavy. Elbow hurt a bit at awkward catch at 60kg. Was not catching it in a nice rack postition in the fingertips. Was getting it in the hands during the catch which isn't good. Db curlz 8kg*20, 20. Meh Did a warm up set of DB OHP but was hurting the elbow. Elbow feels fine now a few hours later though. Top half at least. Don't embaress myself at u80kg Inters event in June. Maybe aim for not last. Try and Beat Vausie and Sawyers in some events maybe. Who knows... It is HEAVY but i want to be finishing the Yoke/Farmers(250/100) and maybe the medley. Dunno weights of it yet. This is mainly for my own reference. Think i have aimed low on some things and high on others but that makes it more interesting as i can hit some early and stretch for others... | ||

Squats 20*8,60*5, 80*3, 100*3, 120*2, belt, 140*2, 150*3,3, 3 not bad, Wad working in with some bpu lifter that was doing very high wrapped squats. Did a triple at 150 since his ego was clearly hurt when I did then a very high 170. Bench 20*5,40*5*, 60*5,80*3, 85*3p, 3p, 3p quick session since small busy gym. The other lifters were being funny and yelling stuff at guy deadlifting like a world champion like you should find this easy. Bpu world champion so weaker than a lot of Regional gbpf lifters. Tom Martin would have had a field day... | ||

Layout awkward, hitting cage during unracking. 5kg 5RM pb though and nice and easy. Left a rep in the tank. press, 20*8, 30*5, 40*4, 50*3, 57.5*6(3+ day) Suppose to be 58 but different plates here so close enough. deads, 60*5, 100*3, 120*3, 140*3 form not great, cba, Bro did a Beastly 185*3. db incline 17.5*5, 25*10,8,, 22.5*10, Awkward shape as couldn't rest on legs on way up. db curlz 7.5*20,20,20 Dat pump. | ||

Weighed in at 85kg unofficially on boxing day afternoon... ![]() Squats, 20*8, 40*5,60*4, 80*3, 110*2p, belt on, 130*1, 140*1, 151*3, 3, 3, 3, 5, Plan was to go for 5 sets of 3 but they were easy.5RM on fifth set, lol, nice, Reckon i had another one in me but got slightly out of postition on fifth and made it harder than it should have been. Press 20*8, 30*5, 40*4, 48*5, 55*3, 61*6(1+), 6RM, lol. Happy with this. Would have had more but almost fell over forward after 4 reps and had to take time readjusting. Also, just realised i got the same number of reps as my 3+ day. I fail at high reps of like 7+ it seems... WSM one arm press(r/l) 22*3 (strict as a warm up) , 30*2, 40*5/3 , 40*3 only left. legs dead, no drive left, Chins +20*5, +16*3,+8*3, 2kg off my 5RM but i'm heavier... db curlz 8kg *20, 20 | ||
