Also, i go through phases of doing either chins or pull ups so i'm good at chins atm but would suck at heavy pull ups. May Alternate them weekly. For fun. Giving my knees a little bit of a rest as well. 5RM Pausies PB and threw some more in for fun. Could have got 5 sets but wanted to save myself for Swiss bar C&P. Swiss bar clean and press, 26*5, 36*5, 46*2, 56*2, push, 66*1, 75*1, 81*1, pb, video, Dat BW FTOH on the swiss bar. [s]cool[/s] Not enough power off the leg drive. Giant grindy lockout. DB row 26*5, 30*10, 44*10, 7+3/10, Nice, 10RM and threw in a second set as well. Right hand grip died second set though. Lunges 60*8,8,8, knackering, Feels like getting stabbed. The pain of these is crazy in the ass area. Curls 10kg*20, 8*20,20 Upped weight of first set and still got 60 solid reps in. Happy with dem curls. ![]() | ||

They were fairly easy as i've done up to 140 for a beltless paused triple before. My knees wanted a rest as they'd been aching a bit on/off for a week or so, went 20kg lighter. Did some paused volume work. Felt nice. My Swiss bar sucked because lack of head through, watching the bar and lack of wearing belt according to Sim so need to remember to fix that crap since it's simple stuff i shouldn't be getting wrong... | ||

They have a number limit so when full it's run on a 1 in, 1 out method. I joined the queue, got changed. Still a queue. Few minutes later, few people go in, few minutes later another 2. Leaving me next in line. like 15 minutes later i finally get let in. About 22 minutes of me stood there and half an hour after i got in the queue. Bloody resolutioners. I actually was pissed off and ranting about resolutioners to a giant crowd of resolutioners. Lmao. Me in packed waiting area: "You know when i was here 6 weeks ago there was five of us in the whole gym. No, you don't know since you all started today. Bloody resolutioners. Even if you're all not resolutioners enough of you are to make me have to wait out here.... " It was fairly weird but funny as i was there in Strongman comp vest, knee sleeves, giant green spotty socks and oly shoes carrying my belt etc to a bunch of newbies. Weigh in 79.9kg Light weight! No idea why so light. It varies... Squats bw*10, 10 queue to get in. 40*5, 70*4, 90*3, 110*2p, belt on, 130*2, 140*1, 153*3, 3,3, 3, 3 Not too bad. Second set was the toughest. Was slightly off balance the whole time and tipping forward a bit. Rest weren't bad. Press 20*8, 30*5, 40*3, 47*3, 53*3,60*(3+) 5, hit new chin up bars that sick off the squat rack on 4th rep and almost fell over sideways ffs. REckon i had another in me. Wanted to WSM one arm press but gym was so packed i would have killed someone. Chins +24*4, 16*4 Quite nice. Was funny seeing the faces of the gym newbs at me casually hooking up to a 24kg KB and doing 4 nice strict chin ups. May have got 5 at a grind with a bit of swing but not worth it. Pull ups bw*8, 3, lol. I suck at these a bit tbh. Curls 10kg*20, 20 (last few swingy 8*20 Dat Pump. | ||

Hear back next week. Gym today at 5ishPM. Plan is some Fronties then Bench and deads. May go heavy on frotnies since someone i know on another site beat my 130 max Frontie with 132.5 so tempted to go 133. Bench plan is 1kg heavier than last week so 98*3*3, i can then make the giant 2kg leap to rep out 100kg next week to try and beat old Pb of a double. Deads will be low weight but awesome tekkers, hopefully. Then maybe some Swiss Bar C&P...Or DB Bench or Dips or Chins, I dunno... | ||

Right hand came off the bar though. Bench 20*8, 40*5, 60*5, 80 *2, 90 *1, 98*3, 3, 3, Thick, solid, tight. 100*3*3 next week maybe or I just try and rep out 100 for fun... 4 or 5 would be awesome. Deadlifts doh, 50*5, 70*3, 100*3, 120*3, These were feeling lovely today. Really pulling back into myself and it felt great. mixed grip, 140*3, feels good today, 150 *4, first three nice, last one ****, aim of three, did them then went for another but want paying attention to back. Swiss bar bench 16*5,20*5, 40*5, 60*5, 70*7,5 weird, did them for fun. Interesting. Good day overall. | ||
