Lol, no idea. Weight felt Super heavy when I unracked it though and I didn't feel straight. The video guy dan has the nicest squat, he takes a big step with each foot then it's planted. Mine are always fidgety....

Log,
1 clean then strict press,
35*5, 50*5, 60*3, 65*1, 70*1, 72.5*1,
Happy with that, matched my oly bar strict press pb. Think of best strict on log was like 60kg...

c and push press,
75*1, 80*f,f Bleh,
2.5kg pb though.

giant IFSA spec log, c and pp
Lloyd suggested I try this one as some find it easier.
75*1, 77.5*1, 80*1, 82. 5*1, 85*f,
clean much tougher but press slightly easier imo. Also, feels more solid on the chest before the press. Easier to get a good drive into it.

tyre flips,
big ass tyre*f, 1,1,f, 1,1 , 1,1
Struggled with this, couldn't knee slam it up so it ended up Resting on leg for ages then bouncing up chest then over



Farmers walk,
25*20m, 45*20m, 55*20m,
70*40m in 23 ish secs, video,
Slow, leg was dead after the tyre flips

Yoke
110*20m, 150*20m,
so knackered, was as slow as 200 last time. Legs are ****ed from the tyre flips. No point injuring myself.

Keg press, no belt as dug in and hurt during the tyre flips,
40*3, 60*1, 1, can't get the clean, when I got it up the press was easy.

my legs are so knackered right now,

Keg Carry,
right arm at bottom,
60kg *40m, 80kg*40m,
slow as ****,

leftie at bottom,
60kg*40m, 80kg *40m,

Absolutely dead

Didn't get good farmers, yoke work in but did good log and tyre flips imo.

Confused

If you meant log then i was happy with it since my strict PB now equals my old push press PB.

And my normal PB is now 10kg higher and on a proper IFSA sized log so i feel like my sugden PB will be more accurate now.

I am so far booked on 2 competitions. Both at PTS in Northhampton.

May also do the local u90kg comps in Sep/Oct like i did last year but depends what i go when i finish my degree. If i get a job and move i probably won't...

Meh, My right leg was knackered after tyre flips and sitll hurts now a bit hours later...

70kg Farmers
20m in 10 seconds
40m in 22 seconds.

Slower than the 65kg i did at the comp which i think is lack of crowd/adrenaline mixed with my aching leg.

WEll, i may do Sussex/EastBourne/ Worhting u90kg again next year which are all around Sep-Nov so i may ahve mentioned them. don't think i've mentioned any tohers.


Also, looking at my crap farmers video i'm annoyed for not getting a video with the log PBs. I was too busy having fun/lifting to think of video'ing.

And getting the piss taken out of me by Lloyd Renals for using the tiny 1.25kg plates all the time. I then toldhim i constantly am ading the 0.5kg plates at my gym and he found it hilarious.

Also, the log was sprayed up recently. Looks lovely.

belt on,
130*1, 145*1,
155*3, 3, 3, nice,Not too bad. Last set was a little slow for my liking but solid 3*3 PB at old 3RM.

160*1, very quick.
166*1, rapid.
170*1, slow but no slower than final rep of 155 earlier. Another kg here and probably more if not prefatigued.

5kg 1RM PB after 3*3 pb. :ahee:

Swiss bar, 1 clean and strict press,
21*5, 36*5,
50*5, 57*3,
63*(1+) 5, happy.

Lack of space so used Swiss bar as no Oly bars available. Did the planned 5/3/1 lifts. Happy with 5. A new Strict press 5RM by 0.5kg. Wink

170kg. After a bunch of other squats. Reckon another 1kg there today but a good few more if fresh. Happy with aim of 180 in the next month.
