Keg press,
40*5, 60*1,1 dead.

Farmers,
47.5*some, 67.5* some, some, some.
Doing three pickups, short fast 10/15m run, turn and repeat.

Some sled drags and pushes.

Tyre flips,180kg ish,
few, few, 9,
3 in 9 seconds, 3 in 9 seconds,
10 in 47 seconds. Timing them is tough

Not as nice gym today. Regular gym is not easy to get to without transport.

Squats,
20*5, 50*5, 60*3,*70*3, 100*3,
120*2, hit bar on bottom of rack with ass. Lol.
140*1,
belt on, 155*1,
170*3, pb, video'd.
Meh, not good, rotating again.
155*3.

Press,

Meh, gym is not as nice.

Didn't like the rack. Managed to move the crappy mat out the way but hit a cross beam at 10cm up that therew me off on my last warm up. Rotating Squats again as well.

Missed a few workouts due to broken bike but am now back.
Bench
20*5, 40*4, 60*3p, 80*2, 90*1,
100*4, meh, non paused is weird.
100*2p. Not great today.

Video'd both but they suck. Nvm.
90*5, 80*7, 60*10,

Volume Ftw.

Deadlifts,
60 *5, 80*3, 100*3, 120*2,
mixed grip, 150*1,
belt on, 170*2, 180*1,
195*3, meh slow as a sloth .

Back feels 100% fine now. Tbh I can't even tell I Deadlifted.

A few weeks ago I'd have been over the moon with this. It's the second heaviest I've ever lifted and have done it for a triple.

The problems are it was too heavy compared to the 190*5, I blame the missed sessions and disruption.

Wtf is up with the start. I move it two inches, give up then man up and rest and get three reps. Not happy with it.

Someone come call me an idiot please.

Medium session but was in a rush so was in and out in under an hour.

86 kg. Got up to 88.5 about 2 months ago. On the way back down to 81 now.
