Passed my driving test yesterday morning and from this weekend when my car arrives I'll be able to drive places.

In gym news, don't try 1RM ing your back squat two days after front squat. Especially a grindy front squat that took you two attempts. You'll have a bad day.

In more happy news, running a six week Powerlifting program with targets of 195/120/230 afterwards. Should be good.

maxing back squat two days after front squat is a bad idea.

Some light push press practice.

Went home in a sulk.

New program starts next week so trying out the assistance to get an idea of weights to use.

Skipped belt because of bad bruises so avoided heavy Deadlifts. And still feeling crap from failed heavy squat yesterday. Hopefully bruises will heal by next week.

pull ups bw*6, 4, slick pull up bar. And rubber so chalk made grip worse.

Quick session. One hour start to finish.

Still dead from 50+ reps at 90+kg two days ago.

Form felt awkward due to bar height. One inch higher and it's easy. It's just below the knee.

super wide grip bench,
(index finger on rings, usually entire hand like two inches inside)

Dat tiny rom but hurt wrists, wrapped up final set.

Had dem 14" arms afterwards. We're all gonna make it brah.

nice and strict form, slow off floor though.

Bench and squat later today. Should be fine.
