Try & keep your chin up mate. I did the same thing last year & couldn't see an end to it. Feel fine again now.

Damn,I hurt my back about 6 months back and it's just about right now. Docs did f**k all as usual. Had to completely change how I squat and deadlift to rehab it. Read Supple Leapoard.

What would you like them to do? Operate? Put it back in place? Or maybe refer you straight for a scan that is not indicated and the government has not provided the finds for?

If you have a back injury, unless you have any emergency symptoms like inability or incontinence of bladder/bowels, fever or paralysis, see the physio not gp.

The physio is trained ONLY to deal with musculoskeletal problems whereas the doctor is trained to save peoples lives

Docs are generally s**t to be honest or mine is he has to told me to google stuff before as opposed to doing it him self and sorting me out.

your going to get good ones and bad ones.

Any way i just want to be able to squat and deadlift so i can get my lifts better then that dwarf hunt

Perhaps I would have liked some advice. Didn't know my GPs role was only to combat life threatening conditions....

do you have weak glutes? i know i do and since i have started doing activation stuff and really focues on that in lifting my back issues are limited to less spaz out sessions

yeah i got weak glute medial muscles and strong hammies that do all the work for my glutes according to my physio.

we have a GHR but i cant use the bloody thing because of a knee issue from before xmas haha. i guess if i start back up with my clams and what not it should bring them up.

why cant things just be simple
