Trump will get another four years Member 126, 16707 posts SQ 160, BP 110, DL 225495.0 kgs @ 75kgs UnEq | Training today: Sandbag carry + load: 3 x 100kg sandbags - 10m carry/60" load x 2 Medley: Duck walk - 170kg + Drag - Tyre + 110kg Duck walk - 170kg + Drag - Tyre + 130kg was expecting to have a shocker today as I had a few drinks last night (first time since xmas!) but turned out pretty good. took a minute off the time I did last time on the sandbags lol. although a change in technique made a big difference. 1st run on the medley wasnt so good as I got my tech a bit wrong. 2nd run was loads better. great training with the lads again definately gives me a kick up the bum. vid: | ||
